We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, COVID, natural occurrences, transfers to local carrier.
CannaBotica does not take responsibility for any customs fees for international orders and these charges. The customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returned to sender packages cannot be reshipped and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
